QuickSync ‑ All in One App

I've needed to reach out to customer support a few different times to help us integrate our online inventory with our in-store inventory as we begin our online store. Every time, a real person has answered the direct chat and answered my questions almost immediately. Joseph, Diana, and Omar have all been a huge help!

The customer service is great, the agents reply immediately. Today Omar helped me with my query on how to sync certain products and he was super knowledgeable and helpful. Omar sent a video through to me showing exactly how to complete the task. I'm super impressed.

Joseph hopped on and helped my fix my syncing with Etsy so that all my products would show. Very helpful and good to know he's there if I need him

The support team was wonderful; a live person was on hand to help Sync my products and updated me when it was completed; it was great to have support that understood what I needed and took quick action and initiative to help.

It only has been a couple of days since loading up the app and syncing and using and the two times I have asked for assistance it happened quickly and we got down to the issue and resolved it quickly. Today Gasser helped and he was wonderful.
