Khaled and the rest of the staff, that I have had a pleasure to work with whether it be over the phone or by chat, have been thee absolute best. I dealt w/Khaled plenty of times and I must say...he is very very kind and very very helpful. I had some issues and Khaled was always willing to help me out, no matter what.
