The technical support service was spectacular. Khaled was available at all times, quick and straightforward. This review is being written while I'm still receiving support, just so you understand the level of friendliness. Excellent support.

I am just starting with this app but so far I can give a raving review for their customer service, specifically Arianne. She was amazing and walked me through the entire process of syncing my Shopify store to Square. I literally couldn't have done it without her. The set up was a little glitchy at first but Arianne stuck with me and worked it all out. Very impressed with her skills and with the app as a whole. Lots more to learn but if this is the way they handle all their customers' concerns then I'm in!
