Excellent customer service from Joseph, who took the time to help us sync our shops. His patience, calm manner, and kindness made our day in helping to get our sync up and running!
I've needed to reach out to customer support a few different times to help us integrate our online inventory with our in-store inventory as we begin our online store. Every time, a real person has answered the direct chat and answered my questions almost immediately. Joseph, Diana, and Omar have all been a huge help!

The customer service is great, the agents reply immediately. Today Omar helped me with my query on how to sync certain products and he was super knowledgeable and helpful. Omar sent a video through to me showing exactly how to complete the task. I'm super impressed.
