Khaled was extremely helpful with finding a solution that worked for my shop. He walked me through installation and set up as well. Much appreciated!
Joseph was very quick and helpful. Thank you for your help.
So far so good. The customer service is very responsive. Khaled answered my question right away via their chat app, and was receptive to my feedback. I get the impression they are trying to do a good job for their users.
Khaled was really great to work with. I had TERRIBLE experience with CEDCommerce Etsy/Shopify integration. This experience with QuickSync has been the opposite end of the spectrum. I have had some struggles, but Khaled was really easy to communicate with and walked me through things and sent me screenshots to back up the answers to questions/problems I had. A+
Great customer service! Quick response and tickets get handled quickly. Best customer service I have had in a long time.
Love the quickness of the response from the customer support agent and how fast and good the sync went!
They are importing and accelerating the listing process FROM EBAY to Shopify. Their 24/7 response time has been great so far, and I really look forward to their real-time sync between stores for inventory.
Great help from the support team when we ran into issues!
Joseph was super helpful! Shopify and QuickSync have made our business platform much simpler to use.
I just found this app and so far it is great but what has been even better so far is the customer service from Omar. It might just solve all my problems trying to work with Shopify and Square
