Joseph was incredibly helpful with my onboarding process. He answered all of my questions quickly and did a lot of the work for me. I am super appreciative of his help and assistance. He has me excited to use this app! Thank you Joseph

The technical support service was spectacular. Khaled was available at all times, quick and straightforward. This review is being written while I'm still receiving support, just so you understand the level of friendliness. Excellent support.
I am just starting with this app but so far I can give a raving review for their customer service, specifically Arianne. She was amazing and walked me through the entire process of syncing my Shopify store to Square. I literally couldn't have done it without her. The set up was a little glitchy at first but Arianne stuck with me and worked it all out. Very impressed with her skills and with the app as a whole. Lots more to learn but if this is the way they handle all their customers' concerns then I'm in!

It was my first time using this app, not knowing how to sync my products from eBay to Shopify. Joseph not only was responsive, but helped take a lot of the load off. Thank you for the help as always Joseph!

I have to say Joseph was a God sent. I wasn't sure about the app. my biggest concern was the monthly charge.
I had spent so much time trying to sync shopify to tiktok and try other apps with no result.
I wasnt sure about this app. but suddenly the chat box turned on and Joseph started typing. He made me feel so much at ease. he directed me through the process and finished the steps for me.
He even sent me some tip to try. Joseph you are the best. thank you
Joesph was very helpful and responsive so I am giving a 5 star review for the ease of setup. Time will tell is they should have a 5 start review for the functionality of the app. Stay tuned.
