A+ customer service. There is always someone live to assist, and walk you through any and all processes. Super impressed with their level of care and follow through. The system is working seamlessly so far and has made our daily operations run so much smoother. We use Square for our POS and Shopify for our online store, which meant managing two inventories. Now - everything syncs from one platform to the other and we don't have to worry about updating systems twice. The set up process was complex due to our pre-existing databases on each platform, plus working with over 5,000 skus - but with their help we had everything synced and ready to go within 48 hours.

I have been working with Thea to sync my products, my inventory, and contact names to Square. She is absolutely fabulous to work with.
Thea is very professional, courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable about how to expedite this process for me. I felt very confident with her on the way she has communicated with me along the way to get the project done for me.
I was quite uncertain how this would carry over & it is very important to me to accomplish this. SHe recommended I relax while the process is completing - this was the BEST ever becasue I am always so nervous to do anything like this with my website. I want it done w/o flaws - totally made me feel extremely confident !

Joseph is the best! He is quite knowledgeable in how things work. He went the extra mile with me. Spending a lot of time helping me with issues that had nothing to do with the QuickSync app. I highly recommend Joseph to work with any issues you have. He's the best!

I've been onboarding and while there's platform specific nuances for Etsy, Shopify, and eBay, Omar from the customer team has been stellar and incredibly helpful.
I've been working with them for a while now to sync our inventory and Omar has gone above and beyond to ensure I am successfully onboarded.
