Very easy set up! Thank you to my agent Omar for the quick and dedicated service.
First time syncing my Shopify to my Square account in order to do POS payments! This application synced everything very quick and easy!!
Also, when you get the application right away, there is always a Customer Support agent on standby to help guide you right away through the process if there are any concerns or hiccups!!
Arianne helped run me through all my concerns and i'm very pleased with the application so far!!
This app is great. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty seamless. The best part is the customer service, pretty much there with you side-by-side - 24/7 to assist. That alone is huge considering how much a small business needs to do in one day. I don't have to wait 24-48 hours for one response like most apps. I'm using it for Etsy and I'm currently in the process of utilizing a new function for Amazon. Omar, Khaled and the whole team is great. I made the best choice with this app.
Set up was easy, but I go confused along the way and was assisted by Omar who got it squared away! Definitely great customer service!
