QuickSync ‑ All in One App

The UX-UI of this application is not the best, and the back-end responsible for syncing your products is spotty at best in frequent cases. It will work some of the time, half work other times, and sometimes just not work. Telling me the product is working then wanting me to provide more data for their product to try to fix it again, and again, etc...
Support and developers seem to have little insight into what is going on. Avoid unless you have no other options.

Still some improvements needed, have had some issues with product syncing and not being able to select which products sync. Although, everything else is great, great customer service, support is always happy to help and answer any questions no matter how big or small.

This app accomplished, albeit in a very limited capacity, what we needed it to do: sync Square inventory to Shopify.

The biggest hurdle is that this app is essentially unusable without support from the QuickSync team. The UI is unintuitive, critical admin features appear to be inaccessible, and there is no logging or sync history. Overall, it is just a really messy experience to use.
