SK Contact Form Builder

Good plugin, works exactly as described, easy to use, good support!

Amazing app. used other shopify apps for form building and this beats them all and its free!

Fantastic support for this app. I had some difficulty getting a form to appear on a particular part of a page. The support chat solved my problem in a couple of minutes. Exaclty what I needed. Thanks

Love this App! Easy to install, use and customize. The app integrates smoothly and pre-built templates are great. Highly Recommended!

So easy to set up and works great. There is a support website and chat to help if you need it, but honestly was so easy I didn't need to use the chat.

I'd highly recommend - especially with it being a free app. Nothing not to like.

Easy to use! Good for beginner like me to able create form form in minutes instead of using google forms.

It is a basic app, but it works well. If you don't need really complex and animated form i think that it is perfect

This app is perfect for managing complex forms! It's extremely easy to set up and so far, I haven't encountered any bugs. Highly recommended!

This App is great, Easy to install and work with and offers heaps of customization simply and easily.

It's quick and so easy to use! It literally took me 15-20 minutes to set up the form and load it onto the site.
