SK's Forms is simple and easy to use and perfectly meets my requirements. I have used other form apps before, but the experience is very poor, such as not being able to receive email notifications, not being able to open the app, etc. But SK's form avoids these problems perfectly. Highly recommended!

The app's integration with Klaviyo is a huge plus, allowing me to tag users based on the form they submit, and the drag-and-drop feature makes managing forms so easy. Simple, practical and fast. Best cost benefit. We were able to place the form on the product page that needs price consultation.
The AI-powered chat responded quickly and accurately when we had questions. Recommend!

This app is pretty good! It allowed me to build a beautiful custom form easily, and the Klaviyo integration is super helpful.

The only drawback is that you can't customize the template of the customer thank you email after they submit and inquiry- you can only change the text.

Customer support is very responsive as well.
