SK Contact Form Builder

After searching lot of forms i found this app. It offers exactly same features which I required to run my website. The user interface of form makes it incredibly easy to use, even for someone like me who isn't tech-savvy. Highly recommend!

Too good to be true.
Couldn't believe my eyes when I came across this app and it was FREE. It has all the features I need. it's easy to use and everything is straightforward. I inquired live chat about something and they were quick to respond to my questions & troubleshoot with me.

Waited a little while before reviewing this to ensure no sudden changes. App is free, much better than a rival app i previously used. Flows better, simple things like whne a email comes through you can reply directly to the persons email. Previously used myappgurus Contact Form Builder. This i find much better and it has so far stayed free

I'm using this app to create a form. Required some customization on the existing form fields, but that was not part of the app. Developer created fields for me and modified the app as per requirements. Support is quick and respond back positively.

SK: Advanced Form Builder allowed me to create a waitlist form. This was very helpful in gauging the demand for our product. Also, it's free of cost.

Easy to integrate and to build a form. I just have a bit of an issue with the tagging but overall experience is great. customer support is responsive.

We are very happy with the customization and the quick response of the support team. It is very useful, we are using it to collect information from our customer support and order issues. Will keep using it :)

This app is perfect for handling complex forms, and the support is outstanding. Even if this were a paid app, it would be an exceptional choice.

There are lots of customisations possible with this app and Squadkin customer service is great - we recently required some help with code modification and they were able to sort it our quickly for us. The form has been working well for our enquiries!
