SK Contact Form Builder

SK: Advanced Form Builder allowed me to create a waitlist form. This was very helpful in gauging the demand for our product. Also, it's free of cost.

Easy to integrate and to build a form. I just have a bit of an issue with the tagging but overall experience is great. customer support is responsive.

We are very happy with the customization and the quick response of the support team. It is very useful, we are using it to collect information from our customer support and order issues. Will keep using it :)

Just edit my review to reinforce the amazing support they have. More than expected for a free plugin.

PS. Totally worth it to pay the subscription!
PS. Now they offer translations for their forms which is awesome!

We've had a fantastic experience with this app and its customization options. Squadkin's customer service is outstanding—they swiftly assisted us with some code modifications we needed. The form has been performing excellently for our inquiries!

This app is perfect for handling complex forms, and the support is outstanding. When we encountered a minor issue with our setup, the Squadkin team was immediately available online to address our questions and fix the bug within hours—truly excellent service. Even if this were a paid app, it would be an exceptional choice.

There are lots of customisations possible with this app and Squadkin customer service is great - we recently required some help with code modification and they were able to sort it our quickly for us. The form has been working well for our enquiries!

First, I'd like to say it's nice to find an app you don't have to pay a monthly or yearly membership fee because it gets very expensive when having to pay for multiple memberships to grow and build your online store. Second, it's nice to have an app that offers not only a way to create forms, but it gives editable templates so you're not having to reinvent the wheel. And, it gives you the option to allow uploaded files such as documents or pictures. Third, this app is very user friendly! If you're unsure about something, they have provided videos to help answer questions or guide you with completing the process. Highly recommend this app! I'm sure the more I use it, there may be some things I'd recommend adding in the future. But for now, it has exceeded my expectations!

This free form builder app is fantastic! It offers a wide range of templates to choose from and is incredibly easy to use. I was able to create custom form fields effortlessly, allowing my customers to request custom orders with ease. Highly recommend it for any Shopify store!

The app is really good creating the forms was so easy and the documentation is very clear. Also integrating it with thevintage themes was also very easy which most new apps don't work well with

I recently integrated the SK Advanced Form Builder app into my Shopify store. The ease of use and customisation options impressed me right off the bat. But what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The support team promptly addressed my queries and assisted with form configurations. This app is a must-have.
