James and the support team have been fantastic, it feels great to use this app knowing that you're working with a team that has dedication and passion to understand and accommodate changes.
WARNING! This app crashed both our stores, changed the layout to mobile version when looking at the website on computer. Hidden products, a lot of products didnt show and it moved the whole site to the right so you could only see some parts of the website. WARNING! Shopify should really control what apps they allow on here. This is not built for shopify!

We noticed that you installed our app on two different stores and experienced the same issue. However, before reaching out to us, you contacted Shopify Support. Unfortunately, that took 2–3 days, and in the end, the issue was identified as being related to our app, which led to the app being uninstalled and this review being posted.
If you had contacted us first, we would have been happy to investigate the issue with you. Our app is being used by more than 10,000 Shopify stores, and we haven’t come across this kind of issue before. It could have been caused by a conflict with another app, custom code, or a script running on your store.
We’re also sorry that when we reached out to help, you decided not to continue with the troubleshooting.

Hola, Advanced Form Builder es genial, me ayudó mucho para personalizar mis formularios, gracias a la app pude crearlos sin mucha complicación. Es muy intuitiva y sus template agilizan mucho mas el trabajo. La recomiendo 100%.

The best contact form application that I have tried, and above all and very important that you can configure SMTP, since not all apps of this style accept it. Your team has helped me with the integration and with all the doubts that have arisen. Recommended application to replace the poor and native Shopify application.
We are very happy with the customization and the quick response of the support team. It is very useful, we are using it to collect information from our customer support and order issues. Will keep using it :)

The app is really good creating the forms was so easy and the documentation is very clear. Also integrating it with thevintage themes was also very easy which most new apps don't work well with
