SK Contact Form Builder

This is the worst experience i've had with a shopify app. Sent a chat message for help 2 days ago (app instruction do not make sense) and they've never got back to me. Unistalling. Not sure if they are still in business. (please do not message me after i uninstall.

Quick and easy way to add a contact form with additional fields. Worked perfectly.

Really easy to use and set up, looks really sleek on our website with the integration and matching colours

Squadkin app is really helpful for my platform. I can easily create a from according to my requirement.

I can't complain. Fairly easy to use and set up. Definitely would recommend watching the Setup guide videos.

I’ve been using this form builder app for my store and it’s been fantastic! The interface is super easy to use, and the forms look great and function flawlessly.

This form app is one of the best out there, their support team are very helpful and fast. Great work by Squadkin Technologies.

The app is user-friendly and powerful, allowing me to easily create a variety of custom forms. The customer support is excellent, and the team is responsive and solves any issues I encounter during use. Overall, the experience is great and it is worth recommending.

This app is great, free and fully customisable. Would definitely recommend if your theme is missing some features.

Customer service was fast and willing to remove the logo watermark for me.
