Great app. Did exactly what I wanted. For clarification, the submits get sent to a database within the app. Exactly what I was looking for.

It does what we need, without problems, file upload and even liquid automations. We can fully recommend it.

The app has exactly what it promises, plus it's easy to use and customize. So far, so good!

Great app - Does what it says it will do. Easy to setup and create forms. I've used it to create a warranty submission form.
