I wanted the ability to send CS emails to my CS team while maintaining admin emails to my inbox. This is also at an incredible price - FREE!

I would like an upgrade for flows to send sales emails to my sales team and order emails to my customer support team based on a form response, but for the price, this is simply a nice to have improvement!

Once you have understood the handling, creating the forms works really well and easily.

Sometimes you have to try out something so that all the information is available in the email. But when it works, it's a great way to integrate your individual forms according to the theme.

The functionality is very high for a free app. Has many of the features of the more expensive apps but it is all completely free. We use the google sheets integration a lot and find it very helpful. I would recommend learning some basic CSS for styling the forms. There are not many styling tools in the app itself.

Setting up and using the platform was incredibly easy. I really appreciate the ability to customize both the styles and elements to fit my needs. The customer service team is also highly responsive and supportive. It would be fantastic to see even more customization options in the future for an even more tailored experience.
