Molto utile e molto meglio di altre soluzioni (compreso quella di Shopify stesso). Super veloce e super modificabili, si adatta bene ad ogni tema!
Fantastic form! It’s well-designed, easy to use, and has all the fields I needed without any clutter.
Everything is clearly labeled, making it quick to fill out without any confusion. It absolutely meets my requirements and has a professional layout that enhances the user experience.
Highly recommend this form for anyone looking for simplicity and efficiency!
Great plugin! Very easy quick setup! We especially love the option to have responses from different forms delivered to different email addresses. Many other apps we tried did not have this function. Thanks Squadkin!
Great experience so far, and I love the app. This is the first form we're installed and using where the field isn't limited, allowing us to add as many questions. Customer support is great and fast. Looking forward to creating more forms!

Really great app for building forms. The design process is very simple and the forms look great. One of my favourite apps in my store :)
Very easy to use and offers a lot of customisation for being a free app. Support was easy to reach out to and got back very quickly.

This is a very easy app to use and the integration was very smooth and easy. Also, the customer service is great, I needed an answer to a question and they quickly responded back to me. I am satisfied with this app :-)
This app is great for creating custom forms on your Shopify store without coding. The drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to use. A solid choice for building forms on Shopify. Simple and effective.
