Squid Support brings email and live chat into one inbox, and gives every conversation its Shopify order context: customer, order, fulfilment, tracking and refund history, pulled live as you reply. The AI reads each message, looks up the order, and drafts a reply grounded in what it found. Draft mode is the default and needs your approval. Auto-send is opt-in per brand, bounded by the tools, refund limits and escalation rules you set. Data is hosted in the EU and never used to train models.
