Had a small issue and Ann was extremely proactive. She diagnosed and fixed within minutes of reaching out. No back and forth or delegating of responsibilties to other platforms. Easyteam has been such a time saver I didn't even know I needed. After 12 years in business I wish I had known about easyteam sooner. The customer service is a real person they relay quick and answer any questions / concerns you may have. I would 100% recommend this to anyone running payroll.
