Still Works Standing Orders is for shops that sell by the day: bakeries, coffee roasters, farm boxes, florists, and local kitchens. A customer sets up one sourdough every Saturday, pickup at the shop, and it keeps coming until they skip a week or pause. Every standing order belongs to a day you set up: the weekday, when orders close, how many you can make, and where customers collect. A day you cannot fill is skipped. Every morning, one list: what to make, how many, and who is collecting.
