Apply custom statuses to your orders and keep customers updated on order progress!
Reduce support tickets and improve customer satisfaction by keeping customers informed on order status, with custom statuses that apply to your business. Each custom status can be associated with it's own email template, which are quick and easy to create. A convenient order lookup page further helps to minimize customer inquiries by allowing customers to track order progress.
- Send auto emails to customers (or third parties) when order status changes
- Order status page integration - show your own custom order progress timeline
- Order lookup page allows customers to easily check order progress anytime
- Set order due dates to help manage your orders and set customer expectations
- Update order status via QR code scan on your smartphone (with photo upload)

Implementing StatusPro has been a smooth experience with an immediate positive impact on our conversion rate optimization. Clear communication around product and order statuses builds instant customer confidence. It does exactly what it promises—clean, fast, and highly effective.
This app checks all the boxes for us. It's very customizable to your needs, and for us, we have a few complex scenarios for how our orders are processed, but this app makes that all so easy. The support is top notch too. If you're looking for a status update app, this is it! It has also SIGNIFICANTLY cut down on our customer service hours, and increased our customer satisfaction.
Such a helpful app! This has made our process more communicative with our customers, without having to call or email them updates manually. IT also has streamlined our process making it more efficient. It also cuts down on incoming calls inquiring on their shipments. I love this app and its capabilities!
