StitchFast converts artwork into embroidery files without manual digitising. Upload a PNG or JPG logo, choose the format your machine reads (DST, PES, JEF, EXP or VP3), set the design width, and download a zip containing the stitch file and a thread colour key. Adjust fill density, stitch length, pull compensation, underlay and colour count when a design needs it, or use the defaults. The Bulk page processes several designs in one go. The app is free to install.

Every design and fabric behaves a little differently, so we wanted you to have proper control over density, stitch length and underlay rather than a one-size-fits-all conversion. Automatic digitising gets you a long way, but the difference between a good stitch-out and a great one usually comes down to fine-tuning, like adjusting fill density for the fabric, tweaking stitch length for detail, or adding the right underlay for stability.
