syncX: Stock Inventory Sync

This is an extremely powerful tool that, in addition to predefined categories, also allows for custom settings via meta fields.
For example: product descriptions for DHL / customs clearance, additional descriptions, etc.

However, despite the app’s simple setup, I had issues with synchronization for bundles.

Support responded immediately and was able to resolve the issue within two! (2!) days. With other providers, you don’t even get a response that quickly.

The tool and support are in a league of their own compared to other providers.

Set up our first supplier feed over SFTP with automatic updates every 6 hours. The matching and filter options gave us precise control over which products are updated, and the preview sync let us test safely before going live. Support replied quickly and solved our filter question the same day. Great value for a small business.

Es buena si solo quieres administrar un provedor, no lo niego tiene sus ventajas pero esta muy limitada, cuando le prohibo en los ajustes tocar una etiqueta on ese producto, no acepta la peticion y aun asi hace lo que quiere, y tienes que hacerlo manual mente ir agregando producto por producto del cual no quieres modificar, y se supono que debe de estar automatizada, aun asi le faltan muchas cosas. ojo si es buena para algo basico. Ese es mi problema.

I think this is a fantastic app.
Although the initial setup was a bit challenging for me, the support team was quick and courteous, which put me at ease.
They also promptly implemented a filter function for real-time inventory synchronization that wasn't originally included.
I feel confident that I can continue using this app with peace of mind.

Set up help was extremely helpful. Be sure when setting up if there are things you don't want synced, such as images, product descriptions, etc you toggle those off. Since getting the settings correct it has run very smooth for me.
