Once you figure out how to use this app, it works great! Fortunately they have very responsive support to help figure it out. The email function is really cool. If you get inventory spreadsheets by email, you can simply forward the email with the attachment to a special email address.

Update 2025 — support is still really good which is not the norm these days.

Such a fantastic app! It took me a while to get it working, but the support has been incredible, particularly from Suriyah who always responds quickly and gives me the answers I need. It’s a huge relief knowing I don’t have to worry about checking stock and pricing as I have a largish catalogue (8,500 products) and Stock Sync checks my supplier inventory every 6 hours and adjusts pricing and availability.

La App funciona bien, pero todos los años tengo el mismo problema con la renovación ya que a pesar de que me dicen que Shopify gestiona que se renueve de forma automática, no es cierto y me quedo colgado ya que debo ponerme en contacto con ellos para solucionar el problema y que vuelvan a reactivar la App. Todo esto nos crea en nuestra pagina web un grandísimo trastorno ya que durante muchas horas nuestros artículos están desfasados tanto en precios como en stock.

Have used this app for several years now. It is a great app but some of the feeds randomly stop working. When you contact support they only superficially review the problem, so it takes 3 - 5 contacts and lots of typing to get them to understand what is happening. Because of time zone each contact takes a day to resolve so the entire process uses lots of time. This happens over and over.

The power of the app is fantastic but I may be forced to find something with better support.

I requested help for the 2nd time in 2 years. The support is superb and my issue was resolved in minutes. Thank you!

Stock Sync is an incredibly powerful and flexible inventory update system with excellent functionality that other systems simply do not have. The customer support is truly superior. Don't get hung up on experimenting or technical details - just ask the customer support and they will immediately fix or adjust your data feeds. Customer Support will also assist with developing the best data feed / update strategy for your inventory. I've been using this app for many years and can recommend it. For a long time it was just a "set and forget" app for me. It worked the way it was supposed to.

However I eventually encountered some disruptions to the feed updates, which were really disappointing and caused headaches for my team. I had to complain a lot to bypass the basic support replies and eventually reach more knowleable people who could actually look into my problem and offer a solution.

For now I'm keeping this app in my stack but will monitor it closely from now. As long as it does what it's supposed to, it's definitely a keeper.

Really good app for updating inventory, pricing information, and much more. Rahul is excellent with assisting us with any integration that our account needs and his attention to detail is incredible.

Support is extremely poor.

Not existent support. Waited 16 hours and still no human contact. Paid for credits and then get ignored after multiple messages. I would choose a different app.
I will happily change this review if i have some contact with support and my problem resolved.
