Ottima app, la usiamo da anni collegando il nostro gestionale con l'ecommerce di Shopify per rendere aggiornata la giacenza del magazzino anche per chi vende offline.
Abbiamo avuto un problema pochi giorni fa e il supporto ha risolto tutto in tempi rapidissimi.

Grazie al servizio di assistenza sono riuscito a risolvere parecchi problemi che da solo non avrei potuto affrontare. Assistenza via e-mail, quindi un po' lenta a volte, ma comunque presente. Grazie a questa app ho potuto collegare un magazzino esterno e sincronizzare le giacenze.

Support is getting a joke. CHAT is managed by AI and when it says "I'll transfer you to support team" it get stuck. Then emails are apparently managed to AI too and they ask for screenshots but they cannot get them. BASICALLY IS A JOKE. FRUSTRATING IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO HOW FRUSTRAAATIIING.
Such a pity. Guys... what are you doing???
The app is a life saver. Sometimes there are some issues since the task that the app is doing is a pretty complex one.
Anyway the team is always ready to help. Sometimes it needs a couple of extra message (and extra day) to escalate the issue to a person that actually can solve it but at the end they always do!

Excellent customer service. The team went above and beyond by converting my .zip file into a .csv on their end and ensuring that pricing and inventory quantities were updated accurately. Their support made the entire process smooth and efficient. Highly recommended.
