I have been using the app for the last 3 months and i cn honestly say, its working perfectly.

i have DROPBOX/EMAIL/XML feeds coming into my store on daily basis

we had a issue with one XML and they sorted it out for us by changing things on there program.

They also have Full documentation you can check first.

Set up our first supplier feed over SFTP with automatic updates every 6 hours. The matching and filter options gave us precise control over which products are updated, and the preview sync let us test safely before going live. Support replied quickly and solved our filter question the same day. Great value for a small business.

The best app in the market! sync products or upload new it's very easy with this amazing app, we have over 100K variants and the app updates it in a couple of minutes.

The app is working well, but if you scale and have multiple feeds their support is super bad, they answer after a long time and in many cases don't solve the problem, the support here is the most important thing because for stores that have many feeds sometimes things can stop working and only they can fix.
Moreover, there is an ongoing error that doesn't update the stock on time, we had over 100 out-of-stock orders and they don't know how to fix it, so we are searching for a new app.
