I think this is a fantastic app.
Although the initial setup was a bit challenging for me, the support team was quick and courteous, which put me at ease.
They also promptly implemented a filter function for real-time inventory synchronization that wasn't originally included.
I feel confident that I can continue using this app with peace of mind.
Excellent support! The team helped me configure my feeds, fix SKU and variant matching, inventory synchronization, auto-publishing, and even investigated several complex issues until everything worked correctly. They were patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!
Es buena si solo quieres administrar un provedor, no lo niego tiene sus ventajas pero esta muy limitada, cuando le prohibo en los ajustes tocar una etiqueta on ese producto, no acepta la peticion y aun asi hace lo que quiere, y tienes que hacerlo manual mente ir agregando producto por producto del cual no quieres modificar, y se supono que debe de estar automatizada, aun asi le faltan muchas cosas. ojo si es buena para algo basico. Ese es mi problema.

It can also handle multiple files. Our team can guide you through the settings. The messages are translated, which might cause confusion between us. Set up help was extremely helpful. Be sure when setting up if there are things you don't want synced, such as images, product descriptions, etc you toggle those off. Since getting the settings correct it has run very smooth for me.
The Team from syncX are unbelievable! I have been working with them to put together some challenging product and inventory syncing and the team has done an exception job to help me achieve the results I am looking for. They are responsive and excellent at solving issues. The app is simple and effective - I am very happy with this app and the support team!

Sometimes syncx don´t work properly. Delay the uploading, or take too much time to upload ans sync the file

Brilliant app! Simple solution for tracking two stores that share one stock allocation. Had trouble setting it up because of how our stock is listed but they set up a video call and did the initial setup for us. Worked well ever since. Great customer service.
Great experience and program. I hit a brick wall and needed assistance with building something. They were Johnny on the spot and got we all figured out quickly and efferently. You will not only get everything done you need but have a great support team to help you.
