syncX: Stock Sync & Importer

This app has taken a complete nose dive and support haven't been a great help with communication this last few weeks. Just the generic we will get back to you with no updates.

Suddenly the add feed for my wholesaler "Windsor" has stopped pulling images entirely and is creating listings without product images absolutely destroying the trust and integrity of my business and costing me thousands as a result.

No updates as to where things are at or a permanent solution to address the issue that keeps happening (Third time). Not even an offer from the team for some compensation in the way of credits or points since it isn't affecting their income.

Be warned, was excellent for a long time but when things do go wrong and bug out you'll be left holding the bag alone.

I have an issue where the App is reading the incorrect sheet on an Excel feed, so all my product pricing and quantities are incorrect on my live site. As you can imagine, this isn't good for business. I have reached out to support via email and on their so-called live chat, but I have had zero response. If you are looking for an App that takes customer service seriously, I would not suggest Stock Sync.

Wat een super app. En wat een goede ondersteuning. Ik wilde een paar velden met elkaar laten vermenigvuldigen om een verzendvolume te berekenen maar zelf kan ik niet programeren. Deze functie zit niet standaard in de app maar het is wel mogelijk. Bedankt hiervoor.

Dit is een uitstekende app. Iedere nacht synchroniseren wij onze data met verschillende leveranciers en dit werkt zo goed dat we volledig up to date zijn. Ook een maatwerk connectie, wat we nodig hadden bij een leverancier, hebben ze voor ons geinstalleerd zodat we ook daar de juiste data van binnen krijgen. Super, ons bedrijf kan niet zonder deze app of we moeten het handmatig doen wat enorm veel extra tijd kost.

I've been using it for six months now, and it works great. The tech support always resolves any issues I create, rather than just referring me to a manual like many others do. Over this time, I've also seen the app evolve with new features, which gives me confidence that it's a top-tier product.

This is an excellent app with many features. I use it to synchronize across platforms, and once you understand the app and its functions, it's actually quite straightforward. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. They always respond (some times it takes a bit long, but i am okay with that as long as they respond! :) ) , take the time to understand the problem, are consistently friendly, and genuinely want to help solve any challenges you face. They really go the extra mile.

Got all the help, and more, needed by their tech support to set up the app. The same sync in Woocommerce took 1h, in this awesome app it's done in a whopping one minute. Wow. 6/5 stars!

Great app to connect with your supplier's stock. It can read the balance and show it on your balance in a timely manner. There is no frustration for us and the customer when they order a product and it is not in stock, and with us it says that it is by accident.
Better user experience than before.

I've been using StockSync for a while now, and although it took some trial and error at the start, it works fantastically. The tool offers incredible versatility with a wide range of available integrations, making inventory management much easier. One aspect I particularly appreciate is the excellent customer service, always ready to assist. Whether you're managing a large or small number of products, StockSync is one of the best options available, especially considering the value for money. Highly recommended!

Hanah is fantastic. I had several challenges with supplier API's and they stuck with me and help me out with several issues. They went above and beyond. I was astounded by the high level of support I received. I can really recommend this app to anyone looking for an automated stock syncing solution.

The app works well, and as soon as we have any questions, the app team is quick on problem solving. They've went out of their scope to allow us to sync one particular customer, in adition to giving us the answer to our problem.

If you need to syncronise your inventory to your dealers/dropshippers, I higly suggest you to try this app.
