Turn sold out into still selling with automatic pre-orders!
Upload your purchase orders once and StockFlow knows what stock is coming and when, then moment a product sells out it switches to pre-order with a real dispatch date, automatically!
- Sold-out products switch to pre-order automatically (no setup per product).
- Dispatch dates come from your real purchase orders.
- Sell incoming and backordered stock before it reaches your warehouse.
- Keep ad traffic converting instead of landing on sold-out pages.
- Add POs via Shopify, CSV, API, Integrations or StockFlow's own PO system.

This app is a game changer for my business. As a high volume store that constantly has orders coming in from overseas, this allows me to sell before my inventory arrives, while keeping perfectly accurate inventory count. Easily one of the most crucial apps on all of Shopify, for growth.
And the support team is top notch. They helped me set up the entire thing over a couple of meetings.
Highest recommendation.
We highly recommend this app! Previously, we’d run out of stock and have to wait for new inventory, but now, if we’re out, customers can pre-order from incoming stock.
Superb experience from start to finish. The support team were very helpful and gave me complete confidence when it came to launch. The app worked perfectly. 5 stars all round
