Stockie Inventory Management

We moved Old Coleman Parts from X-Cart to Shopify, and Stockie has made a big difference for us. We manage around 1,200 individual products and used to spend a few days each month sorting out inventory. Even with that effort, we still made mistakes. Now that work happens automatically, and it’s more accurate.

Our employees can understand and use it easily, and the reporting is great. As the owner, it’s taken a lot of worry off my plate and given us time back to focus on running the business. I’d recommend Stockie to any small business spending too much time manually figuring out what to reorder.

After hitting a wall with our POS rollout of our Superstore we were overwhelmed by the hurdles and didnt know where to start to achieve some of the features our previous POS system performed. We researched and found Stockie and decided to contact them. Not only was there a human at the other end, the service from Jake and the team in walking us through the features, and better still rolling out features to suit our needs was something that has really stood out with this developer. Both Stockie Inventory Management and Stockie Barcode Labels have really helped tie up our lose ends and we are so happy with the app and especially the second to none customer service. Amazing replacement and upgrade to Shopify's native purchase order option.

Also has Location based inventory reporting so it is perfect for our multiple location business.

Customer Support is top class and they have even integrated some of our requests into the reporting within 24 hours.

Highly recommend this app especially at it's monthly cost levels.

We previously used Stocky and were worried about finding a good replacement but this app is perfect. In fact it's better than Stocky. We are a medium sized retail store with about 150 suppliers and we have to generate lots of complicated purchase orders because those suppliers can't always deliver what we want. This app handles it all well. We also need to print barcode labels which this does well. The support from their team has also being amazing. I'd strongly recommend it.

After Shopifys original Stocky went down, we as a business were very concerned because some of the reports we rely on weren't available anywhere.
I reached out to these guys a month before the original app was planned to close down, and they communicated really well with us and genuinely wanted to help.
Within 4 weeks the report we needed was built and turns out, was even better than the one we had been using for many years (for those reading, we needed to be able to see current inventory vs units old on the same report and filter between sales source, locations and dates whilst being able to minimise the data using product filters)

This app works very Similar to the old Stocky App! Wonderful Tech support if you need help in understanding how to use it. I have ask multiple questions and have always received a very detailed step by step guide on how to use it. Customer service is something that seems to be a thing of the past but with Stockie Inventory Management that is not the case. I highly recommend their product!

If you were used to using the old Stocky app on Shopify this has the same functionality and so much more! super easy to transition and a great introduction/training period when you first launch. Feature rich! affordable! and great customer service for any need, very responsive.

The most useful app we have added to our store and a massive time and money saver for inventory management. The support is quick and helpful. After researching a lot of the options, Stockie is easily the best one we have come across.

I didn't think it was possible to get better than Stocky, But this app has far exceeded my expectations. I also love when a develpor will listen and respond with the end user.
