Stockie Inventory Management

We've been using Stockie as a replacement for our former PO manager. But the real move to Stockie wasn't just for a new PO writer, it was for the inventory forecasting that works unbelievably well. With some easy setup and then a few clicks of the mouse we can quickly see not only which products we need to order but we are given extremely accurate suggestions on how many we need to order and when we need to place the order. Another great feature is seeing how long the inventory on hand should last based on recent sale data. We might see we're down to 2 of an item but the sales data shows that's actually 30 days worth of inventory, no need to order more and tie up capital when other items have a 10x sell through rate.

The last part is the probably the most important part and that's customer service. Before subscribing I emailed Stockie to ask a couple questions and I got a fast reply from Jake, one of the co-founders, with amazingly good info and help. Since subscribing we've emailed with a few setup and feature questions and every time we get a timely and thorough response that is fantastic. Having dealt with a lot of apps in the past that have very bad over seas tech support, Stockie is a breath of fresh air. We are excited to see how much time we save on inventory ordering as we move into our busy season and we can already see this app is going to save us money on helping us order exactly what we need, when we need it.

We transitioned from another Shopify supported po program and the change to Stockie was easy, well supported and gave us more options. Jake has been amazing and is very quick to respond to questions, feature requests, etc.

A great Stocky replacement! It has pretty much everything we need, and they are actively adding and fixing things to make it better. We have been using it for two months and within that time they have added multiple features that we used regularly in the old Stocky. When I reach out with a question, request a feature, or report a bug the Co-founder, Jake, responds the same day or next day.

We moved Old Coleman Parts from X-Cart to Shopify, and Stockie has made a big difference for us. We manage around 1,200 individual products and used to spend a few days each month sorting out inventory. Even with that effort, we still made mistakes. Now that work happens automatically, and it’s more accurate.

Our employees can understand and use it easily, and the reporting is great. As the owner, it’s taken a lot of worry off my plate and given us time back to focus on running the business. I’d recommend Stockie to any small business spending too much time manually figuring out what to reorder.

After hitting a wall with our POS rollout of our Superstore we were overwhelmed by the hurdles and didnt know where to start to achieve some of the features our previous POS system performed. Amazing replacement and upgrade to Shopify's native purchase order option.

Also has Location based inventory reporting so it is perfect for our multiple location business.

Customer Support is top class and they have even integrated some of our requests into the reporting within 24 hours.

Highly recommend this app especially at it's monthly cost levels.

We previously used Stocky and were worried about finding a good replacement but this app is perfect. In fact it's better than Stocky. We are a medium sized retail store with about 150 suppliers and we have to generate lots of complicated purchase orders because those suppliers can't always deliver what we want. This app handles it all well. We also need to print barcode labels which this does well. The support from their team has also being amazing. I'd strongly recommend it.

After Shopifys original Stocky went down, we as a business were very concerned because some of the reports we rely on weren't available anywhere.
I reached out to these guys a month before the original app was planned to close down, and they communicated really well with us and genuinely wanted to help.
Within 4 weeks the report we needed was built and turns out, was even better than the one we had been using for many years (for those reading, we needed to be able to see current inventory vs units old on the same report and filter between sales source, locations and dates whilst being able to minimise the data using product filters)

This app works very Similar to the old Stocky App! Wonderful Tech support if you need help in understanding how to use it. I have ask multiple questions and have always received a very detailed step by step guide on how to use it. Customer service is something that seems to be a thing of the past but with Stockie Inventory Management that is not the case. I highly recommend their product!
