We ran into a few small challenges after the 2.0 update, but the support team has been amazing and incredibly quick at implementing all of our custom design requests. Thank you!
Hello, Nathalie!

We used this app for quite a while to manage the store locator on our website for our 10 retail locations. Unfortunately, the locator never displayed quite correctly, and more recently the problems became significantly worse.
We reached out to technical support multiple times hoping to get the issues resolved, but responses were extremely slow and the support was ultimately not helpful in solving the problem.
We finally installed a different store locator app, and it worked perfectly right out of the box with essentially no setup issues and no need to contact support. That experience really highlighted how unnecessarily difficult this app had become to maintain.
After using it for a long time, we ultimately decided to move on. For a business with multiple locations, a store locator needs to be reliable and work without constant troubleshooting, and unfortunately this app did not meet that standard for us.
Hello!
I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our app. I truly believe this stems from a few misunderstandings and that we can resolve the issues together.
I've sent you an email suggesting a brief meeting so we can clear things up and set things right.
If you'd rather not meet, I completely understand and wish you all the best moving forward.
Best,
Vedran Kolovrat

Great support and helpful advice. I contacted the team after an issue with our map after performing an update. The team jumped on a web meeting with me and were able to identify what was happening and fix the issue quickly and helpfully as well as providing some information about new features and upcoming developments.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience with our support team. It’s great to know that they were able to assist you promptly with your map issue and share information about new features. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. If you ever need further assistance or have more questions, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
The Shop Circle Team
