What merchants think

Feedback submitted

Merchants say this app reliably manages local delivery, in‑store pickup, and shipping in one setup, even across many locations. They highlight flexible scheduling, product and location rules, and zip/postal code qualifiers. Many find it better than Shopify’s native pickup, with clean, customizable widgets. Merchants praise fast, hands‑on support that handles custom code and complex setups, calling it essential and good value for the price.

David was amazing and jumped into action to help us solve for a simple store pickup option that we weren't able to find a solution for anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend this app and company to anyone looking for pickup solutions that work for hardgoods.

Five big stars to David at Rose Perl Technology LLC!
This app is absolutely the best, and their unique customer support is outstanding! They were able to quickly identify an issue I had on my website, and David went the extra mile with his expertise to recommend changes that made my site look more professional and much easier for customers to navigate. He also helped me with things that were not even related to the app and generously gave me so much of his time. I truly appreciate the dedication and support. Highly recommended!
