David was amazing and jumped into action to help us solve for a simple store pickup option that we weren't able to find a solution for anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend this app and company to anyone looking for pickup solutions that work for hardgoods.

We used this app for more than 3 years without major issues. Now they changed and completely broke the app and we are left with a non functioning order system, loosing money. The assistance gave us just a standard reply and, worst of all, asked for administration access to the app and completely broke things.
