Bird Pickup & Delivery Date

We've been using Bird Pickup & Delivery for our florist business, The Flower House, and it's been a fantastic solution for managing our local deliveries and customer collections.

Our website uses a custom Shopify Hydrogen storefront, so our setup is a little more complex than a typical Shopify store. Throughout the integration process, the Bird support team have been absolutely brilliant.

We recently installed Bird Pickup & Delivery for our Shopify store, Nemuree Shop, which operates two physical retail locations in Malaysia.

The app allows our customers to choose their preferred pickup branch, date, and time, making the shopping experience much more convenient.

We encountered a few technical challenges during setup, particularly with theme integration and fulfillment routing. However, Rohit from the support team was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain how everything works and helped us resolve the issues.

After several tests, the pickup system is now working well, including customer information, payment processing, and order details.

What impressed me most was the quality of customer support. Having a reliable support team makes a huge difference when managing an e-commerce business.

Absolutely amazing customer support! I reached out with an issue where customers were able to submit pickup orders without selecting a pickup date and time, which was causing confusion and requiring me to follow up with customers after they had already paid.

The support team solved the issue within literally 2 minutes! They immediately understood what I needed, showed me exactly where to find the setting, and had me completely taken care of in no time.

I appreciate that my customers can choose a delivery or pick up time that I have previously set out. It makes it so much easier then having to connect with each customer.

I can also set black out dates for vacations! Whenever I have issues they have always been able to fix it on their end. This is super helpful since i'm not a tech person at all.

Not only is their app great to work with and easy for customers, but beyond that their staff and support are incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful. You really will find this is a must have, and great value compared to more expensive(and often clunkier) apps.
