Bird 为 Shopify 店铺安排到店自提（Click & Collect）、同城配送和快递发货。您的顾客可在商品页或购物车中选择日期和预约时段。您可为每个门店设置备货时间、截单时间、休息日和屏蔽的节假日。按邮编、半径或驾车距离划分的配送区域会在结账前校验地址。此外还支持按购物车金额或重量计算配送费、POS 自提码和订单日历。支持当日配送及当日截单，并可为每个预约时段设置订单上限（Growth 及以上方案）。可为当日配送或高峰时段加收附加费。多门店自提会显示各门店库存。通过 Recharge 和 Appstle 安排订阅配送。自动邮件通知让顾客随时了解订单进度，订单还可同步到 Google 日历。适用于 Shopify、Shopify Plus 和 Headless 店铺（Headless 需 Scale 方案）。如果顾客已选的日期或时段不再可用，系统会自动清除，让顾客在结账前重新选择。日期选择器支持 90 多种语言，并可匹配您店铺的风格。还可连接 EasyRoutes、Shipday 等路线规划和配送工具。

Bird has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The app is easy to use, well-designed, and straightforward to set up. The delivery and pickup widgets look clean and professional, and they integrate nicely into the overall store experience.
The pricing is reasonable for the features offered, and the support team deserves a special mention. They’re responsive, attentive, and quick to help whenever questions come up.
Overall, a solid app that does what it’s supposed to do without unnecessary complexity. Definitely worth considering for Shopify stores looking for a reliable delivery and pickup solution.
Brilliant app and support, i have been through 3 differnet delivery softwares to find exactly what i was looking for, support has been fantastic, very quick to respond and nothings to much trouble, certain features i wanted wasnt avaible and the devolpment team built them for me, couldnt reccomend enough
Absolutely amazing customer support! I reached out with an issue where customers were able to submit pickup orders without selecting a pickup date and time, which was causing confusion and requiring me to follow up with customers after they had already paid.
The support team solved the issue within literally 2 minutes! They immediately understood what I needed, showed me exactly where to find the setting, and had me completely taken care of in no time.
Fast, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. This is exactly what great customer service should look like. 5 stars without hesitation!
