StoreFAQ: Product FAQ Chatbot

Santos solved a problem for me in just a few minutes that I had been trying to solve myself for hours. Now the FAQs are neatly integrated into our website and we can refer our customers to them. Great!

Fairly easy to use. There are a couple of features I'd like to see added; mainly around configurability, but nothing major. Customer service has been fantastic. They were very prompt and responsive with support and accommodating with my questions. They took time to answer my questions and even work with their dev team to quickly address an issue I had. They were fast and great with communication and support and very easy and friendly to work with.

We installed this app because it was advertised as completely free. However, after installation, they changed their policy and introduced paid plans. Now, the free version is limited to only 100 views, which is unacceptable for our store. We are forced to look for another solution. This is extremely unethical, and we feel deceived and cheated by these practices. Avoid this app!

I really like this app for its functionality. It's great that it includes structured data (schema markup) for SEO, and it's very flexible for customization on any page.

I'm new to Shopify and am getting my bookstore website ready for a product launch later this week. I downloaded Store FAQ to create a Q&A for customers. I liked the look and feel on the back end of of this app and the interface is very pleasing. I ran into a little snag when it came to publishing. Customer support was easy to find and Martha went above and beyond to help me get my FAQ live on my homepage and even helped me get my branding colors adjusted. I like the flexibility of this app and how it can be used in many ways within the store. I highly recommend!

Easy to use and functional. This was the only collapsible FAQ app I could find that allowed videos to be inserted. It works great and is easy to use. The support is excellent. I had an issue were the videos weren't adjusting for mobiles but they fixed that straight away without any fuss or cost. Very happy.

StoreFAQ is exactly what we needed for our growing catalog. The app lets us organize General FAQ, Product Series FAQ, and Product-level FAQ cleanly — and display them exactly where we want across our store.

We especially appreciate the ability to bind FAQ groups to specific pages or collections. It gives us full control over the customer experience.

On top of that, their support team is amazing — fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They helped us quickly solve a display issue with clear step-by-step guidance.

Highly recommended for any brand that wants professional, well-structured FAQ on their Shopify store!

Exactly What I Needed!

This app is a game-changer for our product pages. We needed a way to add unique Features & FAQs per product on our store without creating separate templates or doing heavy coding — and this app delivered perfectly. The interface is clean, easy to use, and very intuitive. We love the accordion-style layout, and it integrates seamlessly with our theme. Highly recommended for any store looking to streamline their support and improve product page content!
