I honestly can't imagine running my small business without StoreFAQ anymore. It helps me every single day by answering repetitive customer questions, saving me hours of work and allowing me to focus on growing my brand. It's one of those tools that quietly becomes essential.
Santos was very helpful with the StoreFAQ app when I reached out. This app is really useful on product pages to help answer the most important questions customers have. I will highly recommend it.

Tuve algunos inconvenientes técnicos al inicio, pero el equipo de soporte — especialmente Nicole — fue muy atenta, paciente y resolvió todos los problemas de manera eficiente. Incluso accedieron a mi tienda como colaboradores para hacer los ajustes necesarios directamente.
La recomiendo ampliamente para cualquier tienda que quiera mejorar la experiencia del cliente con una sección de FAQ bien integrada.
