S: Request a Quote, Hide Price

Easy to use app & excellent fast customer service making adjustments to a customer quote/enquiry form for our store. Thank you Daniel ☺

I’m currently using the paid version of your app, and while it generally works well, I’ve been experiencing a critical issue with email notifications. They are sent inconsistently or not at all when someone submits an enquiry. Unfortunately, this has resulted in me missing out on multiple potential leads over the past month, only realizing it when I manually checked the app.

This issue has not only affected my business but also forced me to apologize to clients I didn’t respond to in time.

Please can you look into this as a matter of urgency and ensure the email notification system is working reliably?

Sent a help request in the backends, due to errors on email content fields. Within a few minutes i have received an automate response that my request was in line. The next hours, i have received a reply from them pointing out what can be the issues and how to resolve it. Tested their suggestion and worked perfectly. This team helps us to solve technical problem swiftly and professionally. Thank you keep your great works.

App works as intended with some cool options. A little bit tricky to setup at first. But their support is always there to help.

Some features and functionalities could be added to customize the "types" of quote.

Have used this app on three stores now, support from the team on install is prompt and informative. Once up and running, the quotes are easy to use and setup, allowing you and your customers quick and simple ways to gain more business. The upgraded plans offer more functionality if you need it, but are priced for that functionality rather than by usage like so many other apps.

I've been using this service for several months and am impressed with its functionality, particularly the feature that allows hiding specific brand prices with an option for inquiries. The setup process is straightforward with the help of the manual, but if there are any questions, customer support is remarkably quick and accurate in their responses. Great app to generate leads and not show the pricing. Our pricing changes daily and this app solves a lot of problems for us. The prices are also hidden on search and collections which is very nice.

Very fast service! Support staff was able to fix the problem I had at hand in a timely manner. The form is super useful for us.

Edit: It has been a year now. Somehow the app broke or someone did something in the back-end and Daniel from Storeify Support fixed it in a day. Not only did he fix it, he made the functions work better than before and made the app look great on the front-end, knowing our needs :)
