Henry Mugo is the best! He was a huge help in guiding me through any issues with the Map, and he was very quick to respond!
Thank you so much for your review and we are happy your issues were resolved. We are always here to help.
Really nice results , easy to use and amazing customer support! Henry was very pleasant, answered quickly and was very helpful :)
Great app and great customer service. Thanks Henry for your assistance.
Great support, problem was solved super fast :-)
Customer service was awesome. Philly was super helpful on a Zoom call and walked me through step-by-step. She even sent me each step of what I was looking to accomplish via email afterwards!
We love Storemapper - not only is the app great, the support is first class. They made multiple adjustments for our new theme within hours. Very happy :)
Great customer service! If anything is going wrong with how your store locator map is rendering on your site (desktop or mobile), the Storemapper customer service team is lightening quick to help and fix.
Way too expensive for what it is. You're better off shopping around and getting a store locator that's half this price.
Best Customer Service Ever! - A colleague enabled Store Locator on our store about a year ago. When we identified that it was not working and unsure of what that colleague had done (they are no longer with company), we reached out to Storemapper (Philly - an awesome and responsive representative of Storemapper). Through a couple of emails and a quick web call, we were able to get it operational! Next Year we are going to root for The Three Lions!
The app works great and the support is quick to answer any problems. We had a small issue with the display which was quickly fixed after sending a message to the developer. Strongly recommend.
