We have used Storemapper for several years now with BigCommerce. It always worked as it should, no hiccups.
We recently changed website platforms and the customer service in the changeover was incredible. We're very happy to continue with Storemapper on our new website.
It's a little expensive but support is great and setup is easy. I'm a happy customer and would recommend.
Does everything we need. Clean, easy to use and no problems!
Having an app that works well is one thing but support can make or break any app. In this instance it totally makes it. Thanks for all your help Iris!
This application works great, and offers a lot of customization options. Being able to change up the application terminology was a nice added bonus.
This is the best option! The app does what it needs to do and has very reasonable options. The low monthly rate is far more cost-effective if you want an app that drops right in and is ready to use (as opposed to a custom-developed one) than its competitors, who charge users up the nose with quantity ceilings for listings. Best of all, the support for this app is fantastic. I emailed the developer several times to troubleshoot issues I was having, and he was consistently prompt and helpful.
Great app. Great service. Easy to use
Love Storemapper! Their customer service is excellent! They helped set up our API key and even styled the map to fit our site. They are always quick to respond! Thanks for being awesome, Storemapper!
Thank you so much for your 5-star review! Maps API key set up can be confusing sometimes. We're always here to help you out and save your time for more exciting things to do with your map :)
Do not hesitate to reach us anytime!

Iris & Storemapper Team
We used this app to help our customers locate our products in grocery stores in 12 states. It was easy to use, however we did get tripped up on the Google API Key. That didn't matter because the customer service at Storemapper was eager to help. They fixed our issue (it was on our end) and had us up and running in a few hours. Great customer service is always greatly appreciated. We added our logo to the map locator to give our map a custom feel. Love this app and the customer sales rep, Philly!
This app has been a very useful tool for us and is as simple to use as they come.
