Recharge Subscriptions App

Nevena was SO helpful. I am new to the Shopify community and having Nevena help me with this app was such a stress relief for me.

The support team is great and friendly!! I'd love to work on a team with these folks! Regular support response can be a little slow so... I recommend adding their premium support plan to get more expedited responses. Especially for merchants running high volume stores. Cheers!

2:56am... The worst experience so far setting up this app. I reached out for help and I got a quick response. I was shocked. I explained everything that is going wrong and all I got was a paragraphs to read and different things to try, and finally screen shots. I can't....I have been at this for 3 hours and now I have to dissect the email and figure it out on my own? Sorry this is not the kind of support I anticipated. I am not that computer savvy. Prove me wrong guys I am still here waiting for a reply, but it's crickets here. I hope Nena can come through before work tomorrow and I will change mage review. If this doesn't work out it's back Boulder Apps subscription.

6/17 I am updating my previous review here. I had an Uber (skype like) conversation with Austin who was showing me the ins and outs of the app. He was awesome, totally knowledgeable and answering everything and showing me live on the my screen sharing. The followup after our conversation was great and wanting to make sure everything was working properly for me. Thanks for making this happen!

I am a big fan of Recharge. Due to the nature of our subscription program, we needed a higher level of customization and Recharge was able to provide that for us. Integrates easily with Shopify and they add new features to the program to increase UX which I like a lot.

We recently integrated this app into our Shopify store to add subscribe and save option on some of our products for our customers. I have to say the integration has been really smooth, with the Recharge Team helping us throughout the process by setting up regular check-ins and analysing if the widget is working well on our products page! Impressed with their customer support and the app perfectly fits our requirements!

Clay was really helpful. He explained why certain files were required and made the appropriate updates in a timely manner.

Recharge has been an incredible company to work with. They also have an incredibly easy to use and manage product. If you're looking to add subscriptions to your shopify store - start here and you wont have to look any further.
