Had a wonderful experience working with Roberto Schmidt during the Recharge -> Shopify migration.
We spoke in a pre-migration meeting and he was able to walk me through every nuance and identify every scenario that could possibly go wrong while reassuring me that they have protocols in place for all of those. We performed some testing together and saw that the results were what we expected and he finished the full migration on the following Monday.
Throughout the process he has done a very good job at responding to questions and keeping us informed on what is going on.
I don't think this migration would have been this smooth with anyone else.
We recently migrated our subscription program to Recharge, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Arlon, from the Implementations team, was responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful at every step — answering our questions quickly and making sure we felt confident in the accuracy of our data before going live.
What we appreciated most was how proactive and transparent he was throughout the process. Whenever we raised a question, he took the time to explain things clearly rather than just giving a quick fix, which made the whole process feel collaborative rather than transactional.
We'd recommend Recharge to any merchant looking for a subscription platform backed by an implementations team that actually cares about getting things right.

Some of the decision and migration actions are less than friendly and the decision force my had. But over all the system is ok. It does the work I need and the Support Team is very friendly and willing to work with me to fully resolve my issues, few they may be.
