I've taken over Recharge & Shopify in a new technology role and I recently familiarized myself with the app, which prompted me to ask some questions to their tech support team. I was pleasantly surprised that one of their developers immediately replied to my support ticket with direct answers! Not only that, but the dev went above and beyond to correspond with me and even provide video reference that illustrated what I want to do - this is rare and highly, highly valued! To get this level of support on the technical side of things is extremely reassuring and I personally feel that the Recharge support team is exceptional. Moreover, Recharge as an app is very well thought through and features any functionality one might need in a modern, high-volume e-commerce ecosystem. Highly, highly recommended!

Solid subscription app. Recently migrated back to Recharge as they had made some improvements that fit our business needs better. Migration process was overall smooth, but required quite a bit more effort on our part than previous migrations to ensure all subscriptions were correct. Support during this process was available via email.

Had a wonderful experience working with Roberto Schmidt during the Recharge -> Shopify migration.
We spoke in a pre-migration meeting and he was able to walk me through every nuance and identify every scenario that could possibly go wrong while reassuring me that they have protocols in place for all of those. We performed some testing together and saw that the results were what we expected and he finished the full migration on the following Monday.
Throughout the process he has done a very good job at responding to questions and keeping us informed on what is going on.
I don't think this migration would have been this smooth with anyone else.
