Great Subscription app with lots of customization options..I was able to create several subscription boxes that allow customers to choose their own products, quantities and delivery schedules. the support team is friendly, responsive and willing to help with custom features. I'm especially impressed with thier customer service.
Sean at TA Subscriptions went above and beyond! I reached out for a simple color adjustment, and without me even asking, he also corrected the entire Build Your Box cart, getting the shading and sizing just right. That extra attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
The app itself far exceeds our expectations in functionality. If you’re not particularly tech-savvy, it can feel like a bit of a beast at first. But once you get the hang of it—with help from support and the built-in Sidekick—it makes everything so much easier.
I also reached out at an obnoxiously late hour and honestly wasn’t expecting a response until later. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Sean replied and how friendly, patient, and helpful he was throughout the process. Truly exceptional support and an impressive app. Thank you, Sean!
