LOVE this app!

It was exactly what we were looking for... downloaded app and spent a few hours adding French translations to everything to accomodate our customers.

The set-up process was easy by following the guide and the help and knowledge base was very helpful and easy to understand.

Since I am not very knowledgable with CSS coding, we reached out on their CHAT and Stefan was able to fix a custom color for us within a few minutes!

Very impressed with the app so far and the customer service is impeccable!

This app has been a blessing! Also, as a designer, the UI design and the options to change the widget's colors and styles really come in handy. But what really stands out is the customer service. Every time I have an issue, they have an AI that helps you answer basic questions, and if the AI can't help, they immediately have a CS rep ready to help.

I've tested most of the "top" subscription apps on the Shopify app store and this is simply the best. It offers comprehensive functionality, is thoughtfully designed, and is both easy to set up and intuitive to use. Best of all, the support from the team is outstanding - real people, not bots. They are responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They made the migration to Super Subscription smooth and hassle free.

The app has helped us to manage subscriptions in our first year of business. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty straightforward. On one or two occasions, I've had questions and I use the support tab on the side. Someone (a real person) reaches out to me and guides me through the issue. The entire team was super helpful in making the migration to their platform very easy. We had to troubleshoot some issues and Stefan and the developers did not hesitate to work late in the night to make sure the billing cycle go live would go seamlessly. I had an incredible experience working with Stefan from Super Subscription. He went above and beyond to help me set up pricing options for my subscription and one-time purchase products. His innovative ideas and constant availability to answer questions and provide follow-ups made the entire process seamless.

One of my key requirements was to clearly separate options for subscriptions and one-time purchases so customers could easily differentiate between the two.

Another significant challenge was Shopify’s inability to display multiple prices for a single product. Since my products are sold in 3, 4, and 6-month supplies with different pricing for subscriptions and one-time purchases, displaying original and discounted prices was critical. Stefan found a brilliant workaround, enabling both prices to be displayed seamlessly. Additionally, Shopify's limitations made it impossible to add more than one option for the one-time purchase. Stefan tackled these challenges by designing a creative solution with variants that instantly show whether the product is available as a subscription or a one-time purchase. His approach was both user-friendly and exceeded my expectations.

Beyond pricing, Stefan went the extra mile with coding adjustments. He helped fine-tune text alignment, customized variant button colors (beyond Shopify's standard editor capabilities), and made other tweaks to ensure the final setup was flawless.

Of all the applications on the marketplace, Super Subscriptions is the cleanest and highest quality, and we've tried them all!

The admin is done natively, so it feels like something new from Shopify, which is very practical for teams to use. Subscription management is perfectly integrated into the order flow.

We needed to migrate from Bold V1 to Bold V2, but their new version had less functionality and was very problematic for our migration. Super Subscriptions met all our expectations and even contained more features than Bold (more emails, full multi-language translation, perfect customer portal etc).

Frankly, I don't know what we would have done without them, especially Stefan who was very professional, available and very friendly!

Our implementation of the widget is totally customised through custom development, but I was impressed to see the possibilities of creating a widget in no-code for unique customisation, it's very complete! What's more, the widget is rendered on the server side, which means that when you load the page the module and subscription options are already there, perfect for SEO and you don't have any page jumps where the widget appears after the content, it's much better quality and lighter.

In short, it's the most modern and complete application on the market today!
