Supr Bundle & Subscription App

[Update] I've been using SS for 2 years now and it truly is one of my favorite apps on Shopify. The team is still as dedicated to updating and improving the app as they did from Day 1. All msg are answered and issues resolved in a prompt and professional manner. It's been great to see the app grow and evolve. Thank you Stefan and team!

I am Super impressed by the team at Super Subscriptions, especially Stefan. I moved over from another subscription service and needed some help with the migration and he was Super Nice and Super Kind.
As I am not a coder, I probably asked a lot of basic questions. Even then, he was Super patient with me and was great help and a joy to communicate with.

There are some improvements that can make the app even more Super, but with dedicated and professional staff, I'm sure these can be polished with time.

I have nothing much glowing recommendations for the team and if anyone noticed, I hid 7 Super's in this review. They totally deserve more and I absolutely recommend getting this app.

We installed this based on reviews about customer feedback - but we were prepared to delete the app if it was all made up - it wasn't!

Firstly - this is an incredibly easy app to use and install - I had 2 questions within the first few weeks of using it - I used the pop up customer service text system which was the only option and I was dubious - both questions were answered very quickly. I was surprised.

On the first query they went into our app and sussed it out - and the next time they sent a screen shot which was really helpful and sorted it straight away.
The app works well for us - the customer service works very well. Thank you to Stefan who is a stand out communicator.

Finally, a subscription application that's properly integrated into shopify. It feels like it's native. Lots of options to manage subscription plans as you wish. I was helped by the support team who are very responsive, understanding and friendly.

If you have to choose a subscription application, I can only recommend this one!

As a print periodical we've been building our subscriber base using a different app that increased their cost 100% (unaffordable) and we needed to migrate our customers to a new app NOW. We loved the options available on Super Subscriptions and the developer Stefan is like a Super Hero. He swooped in and helped us migrate over 600 subscribers, handled any issues with super speed and even added custom code to our Shopify theme to make the widget work how we wanted. Highly recommend this app if you're new to subscriptions or just want a better, more affordable, option to process your subscription products! It's just pure awesomeness. Thanks Stefan!!

Subscription apps are not easy and can be frustrating to work with. For me it really comes down to the support they offer and this app delivers on the service side with 5 stars all the way. For a smaller shop/catalog this is by far the best way to get started with subscriptions.

I love Super Subscriptions! I tried a few different apps, and this one has everything I need! I'm able to select which day I want the product, which is online fitness classes, to renew. Also, Stefan is a great help!

This is a fantastic app! It’s easy to set up and easy to understand. The app offers customization options that help with my branding, like adding my logo and store colors to the automated emails. I love the portal login that allows my customers to view their orders, change their next shipment date, and update their address. Great feature! There have only been a few bugs, and the developer fixed those right away. The support team is extremely responsive and answers all my emails very quickly. I recently had a great experience with the Super Subscription app and their customer support team. I encountered an issue where my customer was seeing two different totals during checkout when using Shop Pay. Confused and unsure of how to resolve the problem, I reached out to Super Subscription for assistance.

Stefan, the customer support representative, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He quickly looked into the issue and provided a temporary solution for my customer, advising them to click on "Check out" first and then select Shop Pay from the checkout page. This workaround allowed the discount to show up correctly.

Although the issue seemed to be related to Shop Pay itself, Stefan went above and beyond by recommending that I contact Shopify's support team for further assistance, as they own Shop Pay. He even mentioned that he would keep an eye out for any additional information that could help resolve the issue.

Throughout our conversation, Stefan was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in ensuring that my problem was addressed. His excellent customer service left a lasting impression on me.
