I have just started using this app but so far it has everything that I need to launch my first subscription box with my customers! I had just a few simple questions when using this new app, I asked during off hours and their chatbot responded with a reasonable answer. But I was surprised when I opened the chat window the next day to find a real person had taken the time to respond with an even better option.
