Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

I had a really great experience migrating from Shopify Subscriptions to Appstle. The support and migration team guided me through the entire process step by step, performed a test migration first, helped me verify the subscription data and billing, and made sure my existing customers wouldn’t be affected or charged twice.

They were very responsive whenever I had questions and also helped with the final setup, syncing the migrated subscriptions with my new plan, and even removing the Appstle branding from the widget for me.

The whole migration felt very careful and well managed, which was especially important to me because I already had a large number of active subscriptions. Really happy with the support and the app so far!

Easy to use, intuitive and surprisingly powerful. It has been the perfect solution for our Members' Club and allows us to easily manage subscriptions or for customers to manage their own.

I have been using this app for 18 months now and its going pretty well. Loads of options to customise, well organised and heaps of help docs. The support team is super responsive too. I had an issue with the app not working in our new theme (pre-launch) and they fixed it in a few mins. Very happy about that! Thx guys, great job. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my subscription widget, which suddenly disappeared from my website. Jade was incredibly helpful, patient and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to investigate the problem, find the cause and make sure everything was working correctly again in all three languages of my store.

He even updated all my email templates with my shop logo!

Really impressed so far. I just switched from the free Shopify Subscriptions app because I was experiencing some annoying glitches with it. I installed Appstle after reading some good reviews online. I'm glad I did. The pricing is very reasonable, and so far it has worked exactly as I want it to. It also looks really professional on my product pages. Customer service has been super responsive to my questions, and even helped me with a custom coding request. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I reached out with an issue that was preventing customers from purchasing our subscription products, and Alan was incredible from start to finish.

Within minutes, he identified the problem, explained exactly what was happening, and personally fixed the integration with our theme. What impressed me most was that he didn't just tell me to contact our theme developer. He took the initiative to handle everything himself.

He even went above and beyond by removing the Appstle branding from our widget at no additional charge, just to make it look better for our customers.
